Imperfectly Real is the follow-up story to Imperfectly Perfect by A.E. Woodward. In this second book, we are now focusing on Tyler and his budding relationship with Emma's sister Elizabeth.

I gave this book four stars only because I loathed Elizabeth. I tried so hard to like her, but she just rubbed me the wrong way. LOL I felt like she was stringing Tyler along and I loved Tyler and wanted him with some else! :-)

The story itself is well written and is the perfect follow up.

While I realize that a story that touches on adultery isn't everyones cup of tea, I really did enjoy this book. I don't know if that is why I didn't like Elizabeth ...I suspect that is what made me not love her like I did the other characters.

"Love is a lot like finding a piece of sea glass that isn't quite ready," she'd say. "It's beautiful, but jagged around the edges. And sometimes you gotta throw it back so you have a chance of finding it again...when it's absolutely perfect."

I look forward to Imperfectly Bad!!

After reading Imperfectly Perfect, I wasn't sure it could get much better. I started reading Imperfectly Real and couldn't put it down. I finished the book in just a few hours. Tyler's side of things brings such a twist to the story and I was on edge waiting to read Rob's side of things.
I quite liked the issues dealt with in this book, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants dive into Tyler he is emotional and loving and awesome.

There were a few things I didn't get but still worth the read.
Good story. Made me realize we should never give up and always hold on to our best friends.
This is the second book in the series, and let me just say...you will not be disappointed! If you loved following along with the gang in Imperfectly Perfect, then you will love Imperfectly Real! I don't usually love a sequel as much as the original book, but A.E. Woodward did not disappoint!!
Another great book!! Flew through it in a day because I wanted to know what was going to happen! Now I can't wait to hear Rob' s story. Normally (spoiler alert!) I am not a fan of the cliffhanger ending, but I feel like I got a glimpse that things were headed in the direction I hoped so it's all good!!
I really enjoyed Imperfectly Perfect, so I decided to read this one. The grammar errors really bug me, aren't books proofread before publication? Anyway, the book is okay, frustrating at times. I hated the ending. Made me sorry I read the book.

I finally read the this series. This is Tyler and Liz's story. I thought this one would be a little better but actually frustrated me the most. I was always trying to find out why Liz was the way she was and new something must have happened to her. This book is about healing & making the right decisions. I am hoping we will here about them more in Robs story.
