This is the top devotional I've ever read. It's hard to choose between that and one from Spurgeon. This will challenge you down to your toes.
Exactly what I wanted!
I teach a Men's ministry and I plan to use this book as a teaching tool. I want the men of my church to understand what a man should really look like. Not what the world expects, but what God expects. It's that good.

Liked the movie, thought the book would fill in some holes (it did). There was so much more to the story than the movie told, and the book is gripping, informative, and inspirational.
I was a little disappointed in the age the book showed but it is an original so some of that was to be expected. I wish the description had emphasized that more.

Otherwise, this is my favorite author and to have one of his original books means quite a lot.
